Shipping/Refund policies

Shipping timeline

All instock items will be shipped in 1-2 business days

All multi-item orders will be shipped once all items are in single location, usually 2-5 business days

Pre-orders will be shipped out 1-3 days before release date.

Items will be shipped from our record store in Vermont or from our fulfillment center in Kentucky depending on availability

An email with tracking info will be sent upon shipment.

Refund policy

Refund can be requested til shipment has occured.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment card.

Refunds will usually take 1-5 business days from the date processed to show up on the buyer's statement.

Refunds due to items being unavailable or out of stock will be processed in a timely manner.
